Elena Jane (she/her/hers) is honored to be a part of Couch Penny Ensemble. She made her Chicago debut with Couch Penny Ensemble working as the assistant director for Late, A Cowboy Song and loved every minute of it. From a small town outside of Dallas, Elena has curated a rounded background in acting, singing, script analysis, and musical direction. In Chicago, Elena is currently working towards a Master's degree and licensure in Clinical Mental Health Counseling after earning her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy. Elena is passionate about bringing the nuances of the human experience alive through the stage as a means of connection and community-building. In her free time, Elena can be found biking the Chicago lake trail, reading, writing, crocheting strange creations, and singing her little heart out.
