Rachel Katz (she/her) is a Chicago based theatre artist. Rachel had her start in the Dallas theater scene before heading north to double major in Acting and Costume Design at Illinois State University. Her previous credits include Costume Designer for Couch Penny Ensemble’s Late, A Cowboy Song and Wolves, Wardrobe Supervisor at Chicago Children’s Theatre (Milo Imagines the World, Go Dog Go/Ve Perro Ve) and Hair and Makeup Designer for Illinois State University’s Hit The Wall. Rachel is thrilled to be a part of the rapidly growing Couch Penny Ensemble. When not designing, performing, or running a show: Rachel can be found reading, crafting, or solving jigsaw puzzles.
